1. If your risk score is 16 or above, it is advised that you visit your family doctor where you may need to undergo a more comprehensive test such as the oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) or diabetes risk assessment.

7. Our risk assessment scoring system has been validated with southern Chinese only.
8. Risk score is a value ranging from 0 – 30 in female and 0 – 28 in male.
