2. Throughout his journey and life, Tony Lloyd has developed a comprehensive mixed martial arts system he named "Seal Lung" which means "Little Dragon".
3. This award-winning system best represents Tony Lloyd's views and experiences of martial arts and self-defence from a lifetime of study and practice.
4. Tony has taken the aspects he feels are most effective and useful from many different martial arts systems to create an award-winning syllabus for the modern martial artist.
5. Fighting Fit has been teaching the public martial arts, self-defence and fitness globally for over 40 years.
6. Tony Lloyd has studied and practised martial arts for over 45 years.
7. Fighting Fit also offers dedicated children's martial arts classes for ages 4 and above in a safe and positive environment.
8. In this time he has studied many different styles including Kung Fu, Karate Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Boxing, Judo, Aikido, Ju Jitsu, Chineses Kempo, Kali and Tae Kwon Do to name a few.
9. A logical and progressive grading system for Kickboxing and Kung Fu is in place which allows students to progress at their own pace whilst developing their skills and knowledge.
10. All students are rewarded for their hard work and dedication and can be graded as they improve, ultimately reaching the highly proficient and respected level of Black Belt.
