1. Office staff can review the fault and the Fault Repair Report generated by the driver so they can action the repair.
2. If a fault has been detected during the inspection, the driver is alerted of the fault and is taken directly to the Fault Repair Report form.
3. This will provide a list of any faults that have not yet been repaired for that vehicle, negating the need to duplicate a Fault Repair Report.
4. Should a fault be detected at any time, the driver can fill in a report and submit it for repair.
5. A Repair Request Report can be emailed directly to the workshop or mechanic showing a picture of the fault.

9. If mechanics have user access to Trans Ultimate, they can update the report with the progress of the repair.
10. The report, once submitted, is shown live in the office where repair can be organised.
11. If a driver disagrees with any statement, they are alerted that they have not met requirements to commence their shift and to report immediately to their supervisor.
