8. It then broadcasts massages to the near by farmers in the communities to allow farmers get the specialized agronomist and their location.
9. Every time a farmer uploads a photograph for diagnosis it will be time marked and geo-referenced.
10. Currently, the database has over 800 photographs and covers seven crops.
