1. Motus gives you a tool to help your child keep brief active screen breaks from the iPhone or iPad.
2. Once the exercises are completed Motus can be closed and the child can continue to the previous activity and your child will have broken the monotonous sitting position and changed position.
3. Fun engaging characters invite to move that breaks long monotonous sitting positions reducing the risk of problems in the neck, shoulders and headaches.
4. During the breaks, Motus invites your child to do two exercises which get the body moving.
5. Via a notification Motus provide a content to play on the iPhone or iPad at regular intervals - you set the interval yourself.
6. The exercise breaks last approx.
7. and are shown in a video for the child to follow.
8. These active breaks will continue until the timer is deactivated.
