1. Do you want to improve your physical wellbeing? Click onto the ’Physical Wellbeing’ section and watch video tutorials on Yoga and exercise routines created by the pupils.
2. Do you want to improve your emotional wellbeing? Click onto the ‘Emotional Wellbeing’ section and watch a variety of techniques that the pupils are already using in their school settings.
3. Need to visit a wellbeing nature location? Use our Wellbeing Locations tool to visit beautiful locations across Wales with a parent or Teacher.
4. If you are a Teacher or a parent who believes that the children in your care would benefit from wellbeing strategies and increased nature connectivity then this is the app for you.
5. Watch a beautiful nature animation created by the pupils to help you meditate and inspire you to connect with nature.
6. Use the Photo Diary tool to keep a diary of all your wellbeing activities and visits to nature spaces.
7. Children enjoy watching and listening to demonstrations from other pupils, where all the content from this app has been made by pupils using iPad.
8. Locations have been identified by those who have been involved within this Wellbeing iValue project.
9. The pupils have also created a tutorial about how this tool can be used to change your emotional state.
10. The app includes 23 videos to help improve wellbeing.
