4. Vire DoACTIVE helps you achieve a healthier and happier lifestyle by supporting you to make incremental changes in your daily routine.
5. The three scores and supporting data, such as the number of steps, and time spent in new locations, are updated throughout the day and stored in a daily and 2-weekly overview.
6. Then, as you start making changes in your habits, Vire will visually change with them.
7. Vire helps you make daily behaviour changes: small, achievable and fun things that can be done in the course of everyday life.
8. Personalised Do’s - or behavioural prompts - designed to help you change your habits are sent to you several times a week.
9. Connect your Fitbit account to increase the accuracy of the three variables, easily manage your data settings.
10. It provides you with Do’s – small powerful actions designed to encourage you to step out of your comfort zone and try new behaviours.
11. These are based on a pre-Do questionnaire and your scores in the three variables.
